Operating in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, we are responsible for marketing and sales of Ricoh document scanners and a range of Smart Meeting Devices. We were established in the UK in 1981 and have offices in Germany, Italy and Spain and Knowledge Suites in London, France and Dubai.

Eligibility
This position requires applicants to have full, unrestricted eligibility to live and work in France. PFU EMEA is not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Reporting to
Channel Marketing Manager
Role Purpose
- Develop and deliver channel marketing programmes across French-speaking regions to support revenue growth, partner engagement, pipeline generation and specialist market positioning.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product and channel partners to deliver campaigns, enablement and co-marketing activity aligned to PFUE’s commercial objectives.
- Support channel expansion, PaperStream Solution Partner recruitment, customer retention and customer portal engagement initiatives.
- Amplify PFUE’s wider marketing strategies while developing local campaigns, content and initiatives aligned to regional market opportunities.
- Take responsibility for the PFUE Marketing Suite in Paris to ensure that events are arranged, managed and supported.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Channel Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute channel marketing plans to and through our partner ecosystem aligned to PFUE commercial objectives with clear success metrics.
- Support partner recruitment, reseller breadth and PaperStream Solution Partner onboarding.
- Identify priority partners, sectors and campaigns with Sales and Channel teams and through industry events.
- Develop local campaigns and content aligned to regional opportunities and market requirements.
- Ensure syndicated content is represented and utilised as best possible, where syndicated content is not used work direct to optimise.
- Monitor market trends, partner needs and competitor activity.
Partner Campaigns and Demand Generation
- Deliver partner campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Manage digital campaigns, webinars, events, social media and co-marketing activity.
- Support localised partner marketing initiatives and content creation.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.
- Drive customer portal registrations and lifecycle engagement programmes.
- Support software subscription, retention and renewal campaigns.
Partner Enablement
- Develop partner enablement tools, messaging and sales assets.
- Support partner onboarding and ongoing enablement.
- Explore tailored incentives through our Imaging Rewards platform to encourage engagement and growth.
- Own and manage the Knowledge Suite in Paris.
- Plan and coordinate webinars, enablement workshops, demonstrations and partner events.
- Support enablement around PaperStream solutions and document capture workflows.
Partner Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with distributors, resellers and alliance partners.
- Act as a marketing contact for selected partners.
- Support partner reviews with campaign and performance insights.
- Encourage participation in enablement, certification and strategic initiatives.
- Support recruitment of new strategic reseller and solutions partners.
Events, Communications and Brand Visibility
- Manage trade and partner events, webinars, workshops and Knowledge Suite demonstrations.
- Develop partner communications for campaigns, launches and incentives, this includes creating copy from scratch in line with our AI strategy as well as proof-reading other produced material.
- Support PR, case studies, thought leadership and regional marketing activity.
Marketing Operations and Reporting
- Manage budgets, suppliers and campaign spend.
- Track campaign, partner engagement and customer portal metrics.
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to monitor effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Channel, Product and regional teams to support commercial priorities.
- Support product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Promote collaboration between internal teams and partners.
Key Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience in channel, partner or B2B marketing within technology or software environments.
- Strong understanding of reseller and partner-led channel models.
- Experience delivering campaigns across multiple regions.
- Knowledge of demand generation, digital marketing and sales enablement.
- Commercial awareness with focus on pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and partner engagement programmes.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt central marketing strategies into effective local campaigns and content.
- Understanding of document capture, workflow automation or subscription-based solutions would be advantageous.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications or technology desirable.
- Marketing or digital marketing qualifications advantageous but not essential.
