Role Description
The maternity cover role involves developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, establishing channel marketing objectives, analysing sales trends, and executing tactical marketing plans in alignment with business objectives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities with distribution partners, e-tailers and key resellers, funded by CO-OP and MDF.
- Lead multi-channel communication plans for assigned partners, delivering updates on programs, events, and product information.
- Organise field-level marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Engagement Manager to identify and deliver tailored sales tools and training programs.
- Design and execute marketing communications targeting channel customers, large software partners, ISVs, and other partners.
- Oversee marketing agency relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage digital platform content, ensuring an optimal partner experience.
- Localise and distribute marketing collateral for product and program launches.
- Manage all activities in the Salesforce CRM system and evaluate their ROI and success metrics.
- Drive syndication efforts, ensuring channel partners maximise the use of syndicated content.
- Measure channel marketing program success via distributor scorecards and other metrics.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience in Channel/Partner marketing, Field Marketing, business development, technical marketing or related field.
- An understanding of the Channel landscape and the operation of a 2-tier Channel.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Germany.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, and PRM platforms
- Experience in the IT hardware or B2B technology market.
