If you believe your rights under this regulation have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority in your country of habitual residence, your place of work, or the place where your business is located. Please note that the duties and powers of the competent authority may vary by Member State.

  • We hold trade secrets related to data accessible from the scanner device or data generated during the provision of this service.

 

6. Contract Term and Termination

  • In principle, the contract period for this service is indefinite and may be terminated upon notice from the user or us.
  • You may stop using this service at any time.
  • We may terminate the provision of this service with reasonable advance notice.
  • If you wish to resume use of the service after termination, you will need to register a user account again.
