Our Image Scanners & Document Logistix deliver improved security & compliance for DHL’s HR Department

The Customer

Logistics company DHL was looking to digitise their HR records to better manage documents and access to them more efficiently. The goal for DHL was to implement a streamlined system to better capture and manage new information in adherence with strict policies and data privacy regulations.

The Challenge

DHL selected Document Logistix’s flagship product, Document Manager, as the preferred centralised system to house and manage its mountain of HR records. To implement this solution, DHL first needed to digitise over 12 million records, which was achieved in a relatively short time using the fi-6800 in the Document Logistix in-house scanning bureau.

The Solution

Document Logistix initially implemented the fi-5530C2 model to digitise these records, which are currently being upgraded to newer fi-7480 models offering enhanced image processing functionalities, to empowering DHL’s business workflows.
