PaperStream Capture and PaperStream Capture Pro, capture software for fi and SP Series image scanners, have released the latest update, incorporating the features that were previously announced in February 2024.
These updates have evolved into more user-friendly software and are expected to enhance a range of functions essential for centralised scanning tasks, commonly employed in the business processing outsourcing (BPO) industry. These enhancements aim to deliver an even more streamlined scanning workflow.
With a new connector, users can gain access to DocuWare as the output destination of scanned images on PaperStream Capture Pro.
The connector offers seamless integration from saving scanned images to registering index information in DocuWare, thereby improving operational efficiency.
Previously, operators had to wait for a batch scan to complete before starting to check the scanned data. However, with the updated version, they can now select any image, even in the middle of scanning and start checking images in an enlarged screen. This shortens the time consumed even when scanning a large volume of documents.
