A European technology company that provides technical solutions to lottery operators needed a new way to deal with paper lottery tickets. It wanted a faster and more efficient way to process and void unsold tickets.

Task

Many of the organisation’s clients used paper tickets. However, all tickets needed to be processed two days before the lottery closed, reducing the window of opportunity for Sales.

Action

We provided scanners and developed a software solution that seamlessly integrated into the firm’s existing document processing system, allowing wholesalers to void their tickets exceptionally quickly, with complete accuracy. Once the ticket is scanned, the data is automatically updated with the lottery operator.
