It partakes in typical banking activities like managing bank accounts, loans, mortgages and credit cards. The Challenges
Following an increased quantity of communication and collaboration activities to adopt a more hybrid working strategy, the bank wanted to ensure employees were more accustomed to videoconferencing technology, to improve meeting productivity, decision-making and experience.
The bank was holding daily videoconferences and internal hybrid meetings with their various branch offices regularly. This frequency of these meetings has increased dramatically since the advent of hybrid working and the bank was looking for a solution to optimise this and avoid placing additional strain on employees.
